To receive timely dermatovenereological care on an outpatient basis, the patient can choose one of the suggested methods of making an appointment with a doctor:
1. By calling the registry office of the relevant department, which are indicated on the main page of the site. Where it provides the following information about itself: full name, MHI policy number, SNILS, identity documents, contact phone number.
2. In electronic form via the website www.doctor30.ru
3. By calling the call center: 44-03-03 from Monday to Friday from 7.30 to 18.30, except on public holidays.
4. By applying directly to the registry office of the institution, where you must provide the following documents: MHI policy number, SNILS, identity documents, contact phone number in accordance with the Federal Law of the Russian Federation.
